This Privacy Policy explains what information Universole App Studios ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit or purchase from build.universoleappstudios.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to complete a purchase and deliver the Product.

• Email address — provided by you at checkout, used to deliver your download links and order receipt.
• Payment information — collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see, store, or handle your full card number. We receive only a transaction ID, last-four digits, billing country, and postal code.
• Basic usage data — our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs standard request information (IP address, user agent, referring URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

We do not set marketing or advertising cookies. We do not run third-party tracking pixels. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver the Playbook and Prompt Pack download links via email
• Send your order receipt and any order-related follow-ups you reply to
• Comply with legal and tax obligations
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks

We do not send marketing emails to customers unless you explicitly opt in to a future mailing list. If we ever introduce one, it will require separate consent.

3. Who Handles Your Data

We use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy practices:

• Netlify — static hosting and serverless functions. See netlify.com/privacy.

These services process your data on our behalf under their own commitments and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes beyond providing the service to us.

We retain order records (email, transaction ID, amount, date) for as long as required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law — typically seven years. If you ask us to delete your order record earlier, we will do so to the extent the law permits.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

6. International Transfers

The services we use (Stripe, Resend, Netlify) process data in the United States. If you are purchasing from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed there. By making a purchase, you consent to this transfer.

7. Children

The Product is not intended for people under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use HTTPS site-wide, verified sender authentication on our email domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and signature-verified webhooks from Stripe and Resend. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
